The  Arc  de Triomphe is a monument built as a war memorial memorial.At the bottom of the
arch lies the tombe du soldat inconnu (“tomb of the unknown soldier”), and a flame burns above the tomb (it is relit every day at 6:30 PM in a small ceremony). There are regular military ceremonies at this location to remind people of the many wars and battles that have changed French history.

 Three very important tourist attractions in France are the Arch d'Triumph, Eiffel Tower, and Louvre

 No trip to France would be complete with out a look at the Eiffel Tower.  But can you imagine a chane to paint the tower.
