Cutting-Edge Tech.
Real-World Thinking.

To stay on top of technology in the classroom, the challenge is to create meaningful, engaging experiences with real-world applications. We are proud to have Debbie Harris leading the way as our Director of Educational Technology as we move forward with our JSTEAM program (Jewish, science, technology, engineering, art and math).

Technology at Solomon Schechter is ubiquitous. It’s impossible to know where technology stops and education starts. Whether it is inside our new Innovation Studio, in the classrooms, or in between, teachers encourage students to use technology to make learning visible by creating books, sharing presentations, making videos on our green screen, and creating artifacts for the 3D printer.
Beyond the Judaic education, Schechter provided the foundation for me to discover my passion for math and science. The teachers encouraged my curiosity and motivated me to pursue the subjects that I enjoy.
