Start the new year off with a Mitzvah project!

Join fellow SSDS alumni to prepare and serve brunch to families at Ronald McDonald House (near Lurie's Children's Hospital).

Sunday, February 10, 2019 | 9am-noon Ronald McDonald House | 211 E. Grand Avenue, Chicago

RSVP to Francine Ephraim to hold your spot. Check out our Facebook page for more info.

The mission of Ronald McDonald House is to care for families of children with complex medical needs by providing comfort, compassion and a sense of community. Ronald McDonald keeps families of hospitalized children together in a 'home away from home. The meal we provide will help families unwind, destress and fortify their bodies so that they can be at their best for their child in the hospital.

Ready to sweat?

Grab your gym shoes and friends and meet us in the ring!

Beginners are welcome! It's a great class no matter your workout level.

Please note: Participants should arrive at 1:30pm to get hands wrapped.

My Schechter education has left me with a passion for Judaism and a passion for learning, which are both fundamental parts of who I am today. I am eternally grateful to Schechter for helping to shape my identity, and I hope that by donating, I can allow younger generations of Schechter students to share in this experience.
